XMP is a validated overclock. If the PC is unstable, disable XMP or try a lower profile and verify stability with a memory stress test.
Select your motherboard brand
Steps
ASUS- 1Advanced mode
Enter Advanced BIOS mode
Press F2 to leave the simple dashboard and open the full UEFI layout.
- 2XMP profile
Apply XMP
Open AI Overclock Tuner and select XMP 1 so memory runs at its advertised speed.
