Proceed with caution.

Voltage and power changes can cause instability or hardware stress if cooling or the VRM is insufficient. Change settings gradually and monitor temperatures.

Steps

ASUS
  1. 1
    Advanced mode

    Enter Advanced BIOS mode

Press F2 to leave the simple dashboard and open the full UEFI tuning layout.

  2. 2
    Tweaker tab

    Open AI / Extreme Tweaker

Select AI Tweaker or Extreme Tweaker (usually the second tab). Set Performance Preferences to ASUS Advanced OC Profile where offered so power limits follow the board vendor profile instead of strict Intel Default.

  3. 3
    XMP profile

    Apply XMP

Open AI Overclock Tuner and choose XMP 1 so memory runs at its rated speed.

  4. 4
    MultiCore Enhancement

    Unlock CPU power limits

Enable ASUS MultiCore Enhancement if it is not already on. This helps ensure the CPU is not held back by conservative package power limits.

  5. 5
    Undervolt protection

    Disable Undervolt Protection

In Tweaker's Paradise, turn off Undervolt Protection so you can offset voltage in Intel XTU when needed.

  6. 6
    Save & exit

    Save settings and reboot

Press F10 or Fn + F10, or use Save & Exit to store changes and restart.
